WHY KICK START?
Three times per year, thousands of people across the United States and Canada come together to “kick start” their weight loss journey to see what they can accomplish in just 4 weeks. Led by a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach (Bluewater Fitness owner/manager, Nora Clements), this team approach creates tremendous camaraderie, support, accountability and ultimately success! Over 40,000 people have “kick started” their health & weight-loss journey with this Balanced Habits program since 2008!
Who is the KICK START for?
Women and men ages 18 – 80 (under 18 with parental permission), who are ready to lose unwanted body fat, quickly and permanently. Each participant receives a structured 28-day road map with suggestions how to eat and exercise to reach their goals under the support and guidance of a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach.

Expect to be inspired, motivated, supported, coached, educated and trained by our elite team of fitness and nutrition experts.
